Michael Cardinale is the Director of Field Operations and has dedicated his entire career to the demolition industry. He began learning the trade as a teenager, working alongside his father, where he developed the skills, work ethic, and attention to detail that have defined his career for decades.
Throughout his career, Michael has worked with numerous demolition contractors, gaining extensive experience across residential, commercial, industrial, and structural demolition projects. His portfolio includes everything from selective interior demolition and site preparation to the complete demolition of high rise structures.
With decades of hands-on field experience, Michael is proficient in operating the full range of demolition equipment, including specialized heavy machinery. His expertise spans every phase of the demolition process, from project planning and structural dismantling to concrete removal, debris management, environmental compliance, and efficient project execution.
