Michael Cardinale brings decades of hands-on experience in the demolition industry. Beginning as a teenager alongside his father, Michael has developed extensive expertise in residential, commercial, industrial, and structural demolition.

His experience spans every stage of the demolition process, from project planning and equipment operation to structural dismantling, debris management, and environmental compliance. Michael leads with a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and integrity, ensuring every project is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

General Superintendent

Jorge Zamudio brings over 40 years of experience in the demolition industry and is recognized for his expertise and attention to detail. Highly skilled in the precise operation of demolition equipment, Jorge specializes in planning and executing safe, efficient, and effective projects. His extensive field experience and commitment to quality ensure every job is completed with the highest level of safety and professionalism.

Rob Isennock brings over 40 years of experience in the demolition industry and leads SSP’s business development and operations. Known for his expertise and industry knowledge, Rob is committed to securing the right projects and ensuring each one is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Rob takes great pride in creating safe, well-run job sites and brings a hands-on approach to every project. Serving as President and CEO for a five-year term, Rob’s experience and leadership provide SSP with the knowledge and direction needed to deliver exceptional results.

General Manager • Administrative Director

Beth joined the company as a part-time Project Management Assistant and quickly distinguished herself through her work ethic, leadership, and attention to detail. She steadily advanced within the organization, becoming one of the company’s top Project Managers while also overseeing administrative accounting responsibilities. When a change in company leadership created the need for a new General Manager, Beth’s proven performance, dedication, and deep understanding of the business made her the clear choice for the role.

Jenny Isennock serves as Head of Administration at SSP, bringing more than 20 years of administrative experience in the demolition industry. Her industry knowledge, organization, and ability to keep things moving behind the scenes make her an essential part of the SSP team. Jenny keeps the office organized, the details handled, and the rest of us on track. And in an industry not exactly known for its fashion sense, she somehow manages to make demolition look stylish—proving that high-vis and high fashion can, in fact, coexist.
